Revelation 4

4:1 After this I [St. John] looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: [It was opened to St. John, not to the church. There is no rapture of Yahveh’s [God’s] church involved here. We were on earth and now what we are going to see is what is happening in Heaven.] and the first voice which I [St. John] heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; [The voice was talking to St. John, no one else.] which said, Come up hither, and I will shew [Show] thee [You] things which must be hereafter.

[In other words I will show you things that will happen in the future].

[Yahveh [God] did this for your benefit.]

[Some false teachers of Yahveh’s [God’s] word mislead people into thinking this is the rapture of the church in the future. No way does this say any such thing. There is no such thing as rapture because nobody is leaving here. We are supposed to be here working for and waiting for the return of Jesus Christ. Paul makes it very simple to understand in 2 Thessalonians 2:1-6. Let’s go there.]

2 Thessalonians 2:1-6

1 Now we beseech you, [I want to talk real serious with you.] brethren, by [About] the coming [The return] of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by [About] our gathering together unto [With] him,

2 That ye [You] be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, [Don’t be deceived] neither by spirit, [An evil spirit] nor by word, [Mans word] nor by letter as from us, [In other words don’t let the first letter from us deceive you.] as that the day of Christ is at hand.

[Paul has just said the return of our Lord Jesus Chris is not real close.]

3 Let no man [Or woman] deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, [The day of our gathering back to Jesus Christ.] except there come a falling away first, [A falling away is a deflection from the truth, people being deceived into a false belief.] and that man of sin be revealed, [satan] the son of perdition;

[The son of perdition meaning satan to perish, to die.]

[Paul has just told us in verse three Jesus Christ will not return until after satan appears on earth. All people including Christians who are alive in a flesh body will be here when satan appears. There is no Rapture. Don’t be deceived.]

4 Who [Satan who] opposeth and exalteth [Raises] himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God [Yahveh] sitteth in the temple of God, [At Mt. Zion] shewing [Showing] himself that he is God. [Yahveh]

[satan will deceive many people because people will think he is Jesus Christ. satan is the false Christ, don’t be deceived.]

[satan is coming first before our Lord Jesus Christ appears. He is coming to deceive people into believing he is Jesus Christ. He is going to sit in the temple of Yahveh [God] on Mt. Zion acting like he is Yahveh [God] and nobody is flying away, Rapturing out of here.]

5 Remember ye [You] not, that, when I was yet [Still] with you, I told you these things?

[In other words I told you these things face to face.]

6 And now ye [You] know what withholdeth that he [satan] might be revealed in his time.

[In other words now you know what to look for.]

[Let’s return to Revelation 4:2]

2 And immediately I [St. John, not the church] was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and One sat on the throne.

[Yahveh [God] was sitting on the throne.]

3 And He that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.

[It was beautiful.]

4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.

[They were clothed in white raiment because they had many righteous acts. As it is written in Revelation 19:8 your righteous acts constitute what you will be wearing in Heaven.]

[They had earned their crowns of gold by their righteous acts and being great over comers of satan.]

[It is one great Biblical teacher, and scholar’s opinion that the twenty four elders are the twelve patriarchs, the fathers of the twelve tribes of Israel, and the twelve apostles. I am in agreement with him but we won’t know until we get there.]

5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God

6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: [It was pure] and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts [They are alive, they are cherubim] full of eyes before and behind.

[They were created by Yahveh [God] to protect His throne.]

7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.

[They symbolize Yahveh’s [God’s] children. The lion is the symbol [Standard] of Judah, the calf [Ox] is the symbol [Standard] of Ephraim, the man is the symbol [Standard] of Reuben, and the eagle is the symbol [Standard] of Dan. When they camped at night Dan was on the north side of camp, Judah was on the east side of camp, Reuben was on the south side of camp and Ephraim was on the west side of camp. The other tribes of Israel camped in the middle.]

8 And the four beasts [The four living ones] had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

[Yahveh [God] is forever and ever.]

9 And when those beasts [Living beings] give glory and honour and thanks to Him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,

[Yahveh [God] is eternal. You can have eternal life with Him IF you put him first in your life by doing His will. The choice is yours.]

10 The four and twenty elders fall down before Him that sat on the throne, and worship Him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,

11 Thou [You] art [Are] worthy, O Lord, [Yahveh] to receive glory and honour and power: for thou [You] hast [Have] created all things, and for Thy [Your] pleasure they are and were created.

[It is also written in Isaiah 43:21 about Yahveh [God] creating the Israelite’s for His pleasure. Let’s go there.]

Isaiah 43:21

21 This people have I formed for Myself; they shall shew [Show] forth My praise. [In other words they will honor Me.]

[Yahveh [God] created the Israelite’s for Hs pleasure. IF you are not putting Him first in your life by doing His will then you are not much pleasure to Him. His will is for you to put Him first in your life, learn His word and obey Him. Part of obeying Him is to repent of your sins and ask Him for forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ because we are not perfect. The only flesh man that was perfect is our Lord Jesus Christ, and He was Emanuel Yahveh [God] with us in a flesh body.]

Revelation 5

5:1 And I saw in the right hand of Him [Yahveh] that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

[No one could open any of these seals until the price was paid by Jesus Christ dieing on the cross for all mankind.]

2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?

3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, [Under the earth meaning in a place of degradation.] was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

[No one in heaven or on earth, nor satan in a place of degradation in the abyss in Heaven could open the book.]

4 And I [St. John] wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

[The plan of salvation is in the book St. John is talking about.]

5 And one of the elders [One of the twenty four in Revelation 4:4.] saith [Said] unto [To] me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath [Has] prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

[Jesus Christ is the Lion of the tribe of Judah and the root [Offspring] of King David. He will open the seals and let them be known.]

6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, [Living beings] and in the midst of the elders, [The twenty four elders] stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns [Horns symbolize power, seven horns meaning complete power.] and seven eyes, [Seven witnesses] which are the seven Spirits of God [Yahveh] sent forth into all the earth.

7 And He [Jesus Christ] came and took the book out of the right hand of Him that sat upon the throne.

8 And when He [Jesus] had taken the book, the four beasts [Living beings] and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours [Incense] which are the prayers of saints.

[Yahveh [God] hears the prayers of Saints. Saints are people [Souls] set aside by Yahveh. They are set aside to be witnesses. They are people [Souls] who know Yahveh’s [God’s] word and serve Yahveh. They are people [Souls] who put Him first in their life by doing His will.]

9 And they [The twenty four elders and the four living beings.] sung a new song, saying, Thou [You] art [Are] worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou [You] wast [Was] slain, [Jesus Christ died on the cross for you] and hast [Has] redeemed us to God [Yahveh] by thy [Your] blood out of every kindred, [Tribe] and tongue, and people, and nation;

[Jesus Christ redeems whosoever believes in Him by putting him first in their lives by doing His will. His will is for you to study and become a doer of His word, and repent and pray to Yahveh [God] for forgiveness of your sins in His name when you sin. The blood Jesus Christ shed on the cross for you cleanses you of your sins.]

10 And hast [Has] made us unto [To] our God [Yahveh] kings and priests: and we shall reign [Rule] on the earth.

[Yahveh’s [God’s] Elect will rule as priests and be teachers of Yahveh’s [God’s] word on the Lords day. Discipline will be taught during that period of time. The Lords day is a thousand year period of time. This is documented in Revelation 20:6 and Ezekiel 44:23. Let’s go to Revelation 20:6 first, and then we will go to Ezekiel 44:23.]

Revelation 20:6

6 Blessed and holy is he that hath [Has] part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, [The second death would be death of your soul.] but they shall be priests of God [Yahveh] and of Christ, and shall reign [Rule] with Him a thousand years.

[Yahveh’s [God’s] priests are going to be teaching spiritually dead people. Spiritually dead meaning Yahveh’s [God’s] Holy Spirit is not with them. Let’s go to Ezekiel 44:23 and document Yahveh’s [God’s] children will be taught during the millennium.]

Ezekiel 44:23

23 And they [Yahveh’s [God’s] elect] shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, [Between the true son of Yahveh [God] and satan.] and cause them to discern [Know the difference] between the unclean and the clean.

[Between the unclean and the clean meaning between false teachings and Yahveh’s [God’s] word.]

[Ezekiel 44:15 documents that Yahveh [God] is talking about Priests. In Ezekiel 44:23&24 He tells us what they will be doing during the Lords day. The Lords day is a one thousand year period between the return of our Lord Jesus Christ and when satan will be turned loose to deceive whosoever he will just before The Great White Throne Judgment.]

[Let’s return to Revelation 5:11.]

11 And I [St. John] beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

[Countless numbers of Yahveh’s [God’s] children are around Yahveh’s [God’s] throne.]

12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb [Jesus Christ] that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

[These are the seven sets of eyes and the seven spirits of Yahveh [God] mentioned in chapter five, verse one. Zechariah 4:10 also tells us about the seven sets of eyes. Let’s go there.

Zechariah 4:10

10 For who hath [Has] despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, [People that come out of babble, out of confusion will rejoice.] and shall see the plummet [Plumb bob] in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

[Let’s return to Revelation 5:13.]

13 And every creature [Created thing] which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, [Under the earth means in a state of degradation] and such as are in the sea, [Sea meaning in masses of people.] and all that are in them, heard I [St. John] saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto Him that sitteth [Sits] upon the throne, and unto [To] the Lamb for ever and ever.

14 And the four beasts [Living beings] said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped Him [Yahveh] that liveth [Lives] for ever and ever.
