Deuteronomy 25
[Basically chapter twenty five is about personal law.]
25:1 If there be a controversy between men, [Or women] and they come unto [To] judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify [Judge in favor of, make right] the righteous, and condemn [Declare wrong] the wicked. [The person who did the wrong.]
[The righteous are doing what is right according to Yahveh. [God] The wicked are people that fail to keep Yahveh’s [God’s law.]
2 And it shall be, if the wicked man [Or woman] be worthy [Deserves] to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him [Or her] to lie down, and to be beaten before his [Or her] face, according to his fault, by a certain number.
3 Forty stripes he may give him, [Or her] and not exceed: lest, [That] if he should exceed, and beat him [Or her] above these with many stripes, then thy [Your] brother should seem vile [Held in contempt] unto [To] thee. [You]
4 Thou [You] shalt [Shall] not muzzle the ox when he treadeth [Treads] out the corn.
[A servant is worth his or her hire. An ox is a person’s servant and it deserves to grab a bite of corn every now and then.]
5 If brethren dwell [Live] together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without [Outside] unto [To] a stranger: her husband’s brother shall go in unto [To] her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband’s brother unto [To] her.
6 And it shall be, that the firstborn which she beareth [Bears] shall succeed in the name of his brother which is dead, that his name be not put out of Israel.
7 And if the man like not to take his brother’s wife, then let his brother’s wife go up to the gate [The judgment gate] unto the elders, and say, My husband’s brother refuseth [Refuses] to raise up unto his brother a name in Israel, he will not perform the duty of my husband’s brother.
8 Then the elders of his city shall call him, and speak unto [To] him: and if he stand to it, and say, I like not to take her;
9 Then shall his brother’s wife come unto [To] him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto [To] that man that will not build up his brother’s house.
10 And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him that hath [Has] his shoe loosed.
11 When men strive [Fight] together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth [Draws] near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth [Strikes] him, and putteth [Puts] forth her hand, and taketh [Takes] him by the secrets: [Testicles]
12 Then thou [You] shalt [Shall] cut off her hand, thine [Your] eye shall not pity her.
[We are supposed to go by civil law today so this law does not apply.]
[The spiritual implication is what your Father Yahveh wants you to take hold of. We as true Christians are the spiritual wives of Jesus Christ, and when satan the false Christ comes and begins to spiritually seduce those that claim to be Jesus Christ’s brides because they believe they are going to fly away and be with Him, then you will only react as our Father thru the Holy Spirit instructs you to do as it is written in St. Mark chapter fourteen.]
13 Thou [You] shalt [Shall] not have in thy [Your] bag divers [Different] weights, a great and a small.
14 Thou [You] shalt [Shall] not have in thine [Your] house divers [Different] measures, a great and a small.
[In other words have correct measures in you house. Don’t have a measuring instrument that would cheat anyone.]
15 But thou [You] shalt [Shall] have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shalt [Shall] thou [You] have: that thy [Your] days may be lengthened [Longer] in the land which the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God giveth [Gives] thee. [You]
16 For all that do such things, and all that do unrighteously, are an abomination [Detestable, disgusting] unto the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God.
[To do unrighteously is to do anything that is against Yahveh’s [God’s] law.]
17 Remember what Amalek did unto [To] thee [You] by the way, when ye [Your] were come forth out of Egypt;
18 How he met thee [You] by the way, and smote [Struck] the hindmost of thee, [You] even all that were feeble behind thee, [You] when thou [You] wast faint and weary; and he feared not God. [Yahveh]
19 Therefore it shall be, when the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God hath [Has] given thee [You] rest from all thine [Your] enemies round about, in the land which the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God giveth [Gives] thee [You] for an inheritance to possess it, that thou [You] shalt [Shall] blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; thou [You] shalt [Shall] not forget it.
[In other words don’t forget to blot out [Totally erase] the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.]
[As it is written in 1 Samuel 1:1-33 Saul king of Israel blotted out many of Amalekites, and as it is written in 1 Samuel chapter thirty David and his men blotted out all but 400 of them.]
Deuteronomy 26
26:1 And it shall be, when thou [You] art [Are] come in unto [To] the land which the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God giveth [Gives] thee [You] for an inheritance, and possessest [Possess] it, and dwellest [Dwell] therein;
2 That thou [You] shalt [Shall] take of the first of all the fruit of the earth, which thou [You] shalt [Shall] bring of thy [Your] land that the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God giveth [Gave] thee, [You] and shalt [Shall] put it in a basket, and shalt [Shall] go unto [To] the place which the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God shall choose to place His name there.
[Yahveh [God] expects to be given part of what He gives you.]
[Yahveh’ [God’s] name is in Jesus Christ [Yahshua] Yahshua meaning Yahveh’s savour. That is where Yahveh’s God’s name is. Jesus Christ [Yahshua] is the living word, the word of Yahveh. [God] Yahveh [God] places His name where His word is taught, not where the traditions, visions, and dreams of mankind are taught. Yahveh’s word is to be taught chapter by chapter, verse by verse, precept upon precept, not here a little and there a little.]
3 And thou [You] shalt [Shall] go unto [To] the priest that shall be in those days, and say unto [To] him, I profess this day unto the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God, that I am come unto the country which the LORD sware [Swore] unto [To] our fathers for to give us.
4 And the priest shall take the basket out of thine [Your] hand, and set it down before the altar of the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God.
5 And thou [You] shalt [Shall] speak and say before the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God, A Syrian ready to perish was my father, and he went down into Egypt, and sojourned there with a few, and became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous:
[The Syrian was Jacob named Israel by Yahveh. [God] Israel had twelve sons that became the twelve tribes of Israel. They became great because Yahveh [God] was with them. After Joseph’s sons Ephraim and Manasseh were born there were thirteen tribes of Israel.]
6 And the Egyptians evil entreated us, [Treated us badly] and afflicted us, [Made us miserable.] and laid upon us hard bondage: [Hard work as servants.]
7 And when we cried unto [To] the LORD [Yahveh] God of our fathers, the LORD [Yahveh] heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, [The way we were being treated.] and our labour, [Hard work] and our oppression: [Distress]
[Yahveh [God] looks at your problems today IF you love Him and do His will. His will is for you to learn and become a doer of His word, or at the least be a doer of His word.]
[Yahveh [God] takes care of those that love Him and do His will.]
8 And the LORD [Yahveh] brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terribleness, and with signs, and with wonders:
[Yahveh [God] put plagues upon Egypt, and parted the Red Sea so they could escape from the Egyptian Army that was chasing them.]
9 And He hath [Has] brought us into [To] this place, and hath [Has] given us this land, even a land that floweth [Flows] with milk and honey.
[The United States and Canada where many of the people of the thirteen tribes of Israel migrated to flows with milk and honey. With Yahveh’s blessings you can partake of the milk and honey, the easy living in those two countries.]
10 And now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land, which thou, [You] O LORD, [Yahveh] hast [Has] given me. And thou [You] shalt [Shall] set it before the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God, and worship before the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God:
[And now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land, which thou, [You] O LORD, [Yahveh] hast [Has] given me is what you say to Yahveh. [God]
[Let Yahveh [God] know you love Him.]
11 And thou [You] shalt [Shall] rejoice [Be happy] in every good thing which the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God hath [Has] given unto [To] thee, [You] and unto thine [Your] house, thou, [You] and the Levite, and the stranger that is among you.
[Be happy with what Yahveh [God] has given you. He owns everything.]
12 When thou [You] hast [Have] made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine [Your] increase the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast [Have] given it unto [To] the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy [Your] gates, and be filled;
[Every third year the tithing was given to the poor. During this time period the priests were the government. The tithing was actually a taxation that took care of retirement and hungry people. IF you are a United States citizen the government of The United States is taking the taxes from you to take care of these people. Beware of ministries that want a tithe every third year.]
[There are ministries today that have their own store houses and/or help take care of poor people. IF you belong to such a ministry it is good to give your ministry a third year tithe.]
13 Then thou [You] shalt [Shall] say before the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God, I have brought away the hallowed things out of mine house, and also have given them unto [To] the Levite, and unto [To] the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy [Your] commandments which thou [You] hast [Have] commanded me: I have not transgressed thy [Your] commandments, neither have I forgotten them:
14 I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, [Sadness] neither have I taken away ought [Anything] thereof for any unclean use, [When a person in mourning touches a dead person they are unclean. They are not to touch Holy things.] nor given ought [Anything] thereof for the dead: but I have hearkened [Listen to and obeyed] to the voice of the LORD [Yahveh] my God, and have done according to all that thou [You] hast [Have] commanded me.
[In other words I am trying to please Yahveh. [God]
15 Look down from Thy [Your] holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy [Your] people Israel, and the land which thou [You] hast [Have] given us, as thou [You] swarest [Swore] unto [To] our fathers, a land that floweth [Flows] with milk and honey.
[The milk and honey, and the blessings are yours IF you put Yahveh [God] first in your life by doing His will.]
[His will is for you to love Him, learn His word, and be a doer of His word.]
16 This day the LORD [Yahveh] thy [Your] God hath [Has] commanded thee [You] to do these statutes and judgments: thou [You] shalt [Shall] therefore [Because of this] keep and do them with all thine [Your] heart, [Mind] and with all thy [Your] soul.
[With all your soul, your eternal being, you become a doer of Yahveh’s word while in a flesh body so you can have blessings and rewards in Heaven forever.]
17 Thou [You] hast [Have] avouched [Vowed to] the LORD [Yahveh] this day to be thy [Your] God, and to walk in His ways, and to keep His statutes, and His commandments, and His judgments, and to hearken [Listen to and obey] unto [To] His voice:
18 And the LORD [Yahveh] hath [Has] avouched [Vowed to] thee [You] this day to be His peculiar people, as He hath [Has] promised thee, [You] and that thou [You] shouldest [Should] keep all His commandments;
[Keeping His commandments is also repenting of any sins you may commit and ask Yahveh [God] for forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ. It was His commandment in the New Testament.]
[All blood ordinances were done away with when Jesus Christ [Yahshua] Yahveh’s saviour shed His blood on the cross for sins for one and all time. Don’t be making blood sacrifices.]
19 And to make thee [You] high above all nations which He hath [Has] made, in praise, and in name, and in honour; and that thou [You] mayest [May] be an holy people unto [To] the LORD [Yahveh] Thy [Your] God, as He hath [Has] spoken.
[There are still many good people in the United States who go by Yahveh’s [God’s] law which in my opinion is why Yahveh [God] is still with us. There are many more in the United States that go against Yahveh [God] by supporting gay people, abortion, and socialism by electing their kind to governmental offices and passing laws in support of such things. These things are an abomination [Detestable, disgusting] to Yahveh. [God]
It is my opinion that they will not be raised up in the first resurrection unless they become doers of Yahveh’s [God’s] word and repent of these sins [Have a change of mind..] and ask Yahveh [God] for forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ before their flesh bodies die. At this time they are spiritually dead. To be spiritually dead is to not have Yahveh’s [God’s] Holy Spirit with you.]
